Yes, the minimum investment amount in the Fund is $100,000.
Can I monitor my investments on an app?
Yes – all of our partners have access to a full dashboard through our fund admin, NAV Consulting.
What is the target fund size?
Our target fund size is $150M.
What are the eligibility requirements to invest?
We accept international and qualified accredited U.S. investors (including self-directed IRAs).
Is there a lockup period?
Yes – the lockup period, per our target investment horizon, is 18 or 36 months, with most investors electing for the latter. We find that a 36 month or greater perspective is appropriate due to the historical length of digital asset cycles.
